What size are the hats?

All hats are 58-59cm in circumference. Each one features an adjustable velcro band OR drawstrings for down sizing. Exact specs can be found on each listing.

Do you take custom orders?

I open customs orders from time to time and upon consultation. I will post if customs are open. Custom designs can be based on a previous hat or a completely new one. Customs start at $250 and go up from there based on design detail and specs.

How do I take care of my hat?

These hats are meant to be worn and can last forever if you take normal care of them. Spot treat stains if need be. I usually use a stiff bristled brush in a circular motion to remove small spots. For tougher stains, add a tiny splash of water. For storage, hang them on a wall or store on a flat surface.

What if my hat is warped?

Hat warping is normal and luckily there are a few simple solutions to keeping your hat looking brand new. If the brim or crown becomes bent, you can use a steamer on the non-painted side of your hat and smooth out any dents. If you do not have a steamer, simply lay your hat on a flat surface and place heavy objects (I use books) around the spot you want to fix and let it sit over night. How often are hat drops?

I try to do 1-2 drops per month. All drops are posted on my Instagram page.

Are all hats hand painted?

I take special care to hand paint every hat that I create. Therefore, if I bring a design back or make more than one, I cannot guarantee that a design will be a 100% replica. There can be slight variation due to the nature of painting every hat by hand.
